The scenic view from the highlands overlooks the greenery of vineyard, forests, orchards, alfalfa fields and majestic Mt. Hood. Weddings performed in the gazebo or under our wedding arch are situated to take in the spectacular view. The grounds include several landscaped levels with lawns, flower beds, rose garden, old fashioned vegetable, flower and fruit garden and thirty foot cascading waterfall. A hot tub with stereo speakers plays cds and DVDs.
The home: a Victorian farm house, has the old fashioned touches of high ceilings, soft wood floors, pot-bellied stove in the kitchen, antique gas fireplace in the parlor and Essie stove in the family room. A large parlor and dining room serve for rehearsal dinners, small weddings and receptions. A 3/4 sized grand piano in the parlor, oriental carpets on the floors, period style wall papers and antiques decorate the 4,300 sq. foot home with its five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The site accommodates 100 to 150 people for an outdoor wedding and 50 people for an indoor wedding. A large barbeque grill with single side burner is available for use.
